Courtney McCarthy is a licensed Branch Manager serving North Carolina, South Carolina and Maine. She has been in the Real Estate industry for the past 15 years. She started as a Realtor for 5 years, spent time in the Real Estate and Mortgage coaching industry being surrounded by and learning from the top Realtors and Lenders in the Country and is now on the Mortgage side of the industry. Courtney has a background in teaching and coaching and loves to educate her clients. When not making mortgage magic, she can be found serving the community in many ways. She is an active board member for the Lotta Foundation. A local charity that serves underprivileged families in the Greater Charlotte and Lake Norman Area. She also is on the Leadership Team for Business Leaders Unleashed which serves 200 local business professionals.

Courtney resides in NC with her husband Patrick and their 3 children, Finnegan, Eliza and Natalie.
