Nashema MoralesLoan Officer
Nashema attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, located in her home town in the Pioneer Valley of beautiful Western Massachusetts. She has been an Accredited Residential Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management, based in Boston, where she oversaw multi-family portfolios and multi-million dollar “green” rehabilitations, an Operations Manager for Private Armed Security in the Greater Boston area, while being a mother to two teenagers and four rescue dogs.
After living in the city for a while and making huge impacts in the property management industry with leading companies, she decided to move back to the country with her family. She studied and applied for her license to become a Loan Originator with Todd Freeman’s branch in 2014, and she never looked back. Her experience as a professional in the rental market, enabled her to have a balanced perspective on loan origination, and its importance to the working family member. Her renovation experience with developers and engineers has also given her a leading edge when consulting with borrowers on 203k renovations.
The ability to get out of renting a property and owning your own home are paths to wealth building. Nashema firmly believes that with the correct information, consumers can make the best choices financially, with a person who is committed to fair and ethical practices. She prides herself on being a Spanish speaker, and can assist customers who have limited English proficiency better understand the terms and conditions of loans and their process, in their native language. Being raised in the area also lends her an extensive network of long term business associations in the real estate industry across the state, a veritable “home-town” or “city-living” experience from beginning to closing day.
