As an experienced lender, Tim Meduna joined Northern Mortgage because he admired its stellar reputation within the community and believed in their ideals of delivering top-notch customer service and common sense lending. Tim and his team operate like a well oiled machine. They work one-on-one with each client to deliver the highest level of customer service and make the home loan process as simple and smooth as possible.

Tim is passionate about his work and loves to help clients through the loan process. “I like to look at the big picture of a deal and solve any foreseeable problems,” he explains. Tim likes to be proactive with all of his clients. He finds it important that his clients come into the office as soon as possible to go over all documentation. This way, when they go to put an offer in, they are able to put in the strongest one possible. Tim has been known to accept a loan application on weekends, on vacation, and even on the golf course.

Tim grew up in Jenison and graduated from Grand Rapids Community College and Central Michigan University. He has continued his education by being involved within a mortgage real estate group, The Core. He was previously awarded The Blue Dragon by his peers within The Core and he loves to tell the story if you ask! Tim and his family currently live in Hudsonville, MI. When he’s not working or spending time with his family, Tim enjoys competing on the golf course, playing pick-up basketball, and playing heated games of cornhole.
